Circus Days

Since I was very young, I have been in love with everything about the circus. It was a natural that two of my favorite things should come together, so I started taking pictures whenever I went to the circus. It’s no different today, although after all these years, my technique has evolved to the point where I know what I want to do and how I want to do it.

When possible, I like to sit as close to the action as possible and usually do in a tented show, but when a circus plays a large arena, sometimes that is not possible. For this particular show I was quite a distance away … have a look.
